M49’s Photo Musings: Sunset @ DonTanin #2

Sunsets. Love them. And some of the prettier ones I’ve ever seen in my life is in the north-eastern area of Thailand, in a little village named DonTanin, in Pra Thai district under the Nahkon Ratchasima province.

This was taken at about 6.25pm over a huge pond, highlight of which was this starkingly barren yet eye-catching tree that stands right in the centre of the water basin. On a clear day, sunsets here are golden yellow with vibrant hues of red and orange. Truly awe-inspiring and utterly postcard-sque, and best part is separate ponds in the village offer different but no less stunning golden or fiery red sunset views throughout the year. Love them!
